BORDEAUX - MARGAUX - ROUGE - QUATRIEME CRU - Note Parker : 90 WS=90
90/100 - Typically, the quintessential feminine side of Margaux is represented by Prieure-Lichine-s 2011. Floral, raspberry, black cherry and currant notes intermixed with spice box are present in this deep ruby/purple-colored effort. The richness builds incrementally and becomes more impressive than it initially seems. A well-made, supple-textured, delicious 2011, it is an undeniable success for the vintage. Enjoy it over the next 15+ years. Drink: 2014 - 2029 Source : Robert Parker 90/100 - Frankly ripe, offering broad, velvety layers of raspberry and blackberry confiture, lined with cocoa and fruitcake notes. Sports a toasty edge, with enough lively, briary grip to keep it honest. Best from 2015 through 2025 - JM Source : Wine Spectator
